Thank you for choosing Photostetic. These simple steps help us capture your property at its very best.
Our photographer is here to take beautiful photos — not to clean or reorganize. A home that isn't ready may require additional shoot time or result in a reschedule fee.
We kindly ask that homeowners and tenants vacate or stay out of frame during the session. It helps us work efficiently and keeps the space looking its best.
Please ensure we have full access before our arrival. For gated communities or HOAs, kindly add our team to the approved visitor list in advance.
We know lived-in homes come with personal items — that's perfectly normal. Consolidate everything into the garage, a closet, or one room we can simply skip. A quick sweep before we arrive is all it takes.
Moving items mid-session can disrupt the flow — and with 360° cameras, personal belongings can be captured unintentionally in reflections or wide shots. Everything should be in its final position before we begin.
Lights & windows: Have all lights on and ceiling fans off when we arrive. Replace any burned-out bulbs. Open all blinds and curtains unless something to conceal. Please make sure all windows and glass surfaces are clean — streaks and dirty glass cannot be corrected in post-production. Turn off all TVs — we can digitally add a screen image on request.
Walk through each room the evening before. Check every box — then let us take it from there.
Small moves to improve each composition.
We'll light every room before shooting.
We'll handle blinds and toilet lids as we go.
Cables, remotes, and toilet paper can be moved by our team.
